Movie Review - Number 23 & Catch and Release
Number 23

Genre: Drama and thriller
Time:
1 hr 37 min

Spiraling into a dark obsession with the number 23, Walter Sparrow twists his once idyllic life into an inferno of psychological torture that could possibly lead to his death as well as the deaths of his loved ones. Spurred on by a mysterious novel, The Number 23, that he doesn’t dare put down, Walter is forced to unlock the secrets of h
is past before he can continue his future with his wife, Agatha, and teenage son, Robin. The novel, given to Walter by Agatha as a birthday gift, depicts a chilling murder mystery that seems to mirror Walter’s life in dark and uncontrollable ways. The life of the book’s main character, a brooding detective named Fingerling, is filled with moments that echo Walter’s own history. As the world of the book starts to come alive, Walter becomes infected by the most frightening and evocative part of it: Fingerling’s obsession with the hidden power of the number 23. This obsession permeates the book and begins to control Walter. He sees the number everywhere in his own life and becomes convinced that he is damned to commit the same horrific crime as Fingerling--murder. Nightmarish fantasies come to haunt Walter, ones that portend terrible fates for his wife as well as family friend Isaac French, placing him on a desperate quest to understand the mysteries of the book. If he can unlock the power behind the number 23, he may be able to change his future.

This show is a lil bit similar to V for Vendetta and Lucky Number Slevin.. The show is kinda boring at the start but the builds up as it goes on.. You need to watch the full show to noe wuts actually happening and i gotto salute Jim Carrey as he's a comedian, but acting in a serious movie..

Overall, 7/10

Catch and Release

Genre:
Comedy, drama, romance

Time:
2 hrs 4 min

After the sudden death of her fiancé, Gray Wheeler finds comfort in the company of his friends: lighthearted and comic Sam, hyper-responsible Dennis, and, oddly enough, his old childhood buddy Fritz, an irresponsible playboy whom she’d previously pegged as one of the least reliable people in the world. As secrets about her supposedly perfect fiancé emerge, Gray comes to see new sides of the man she thought she knew, and at the same time, finds herself drawn to the last man she ever expected to fall for.

The show is actually quite boring though, but it also has some funny parts.. errr.. not really worth watching in cinema...

overall.. 4/10

Movie Review - Wild Hogs & TMNT
Juz got back from a movie marathon today wif evybaby and kevin.. went over to 1u to catch 2 movies, Wild Hogs and Teenage Mutant Ninja TOTOI! both movies were awesome and my butt kinda ache after sitting for so long.. ok, lets do the review..

Wild Hogs

Four middle-aged men (Tim Allen, John Travolta, Martin Lawrence, William H. Macy) decide to take a road trip from Cincinnati to the Pacific in order to get away from their lives which are leading them nowhere. Taking their motorcycles, these "Wild Hogs" tear up the road and eventually stop in New Mexico for a drink not knowing that the bar belongs to the "Del Fuegos", a mean biker gang. When the Del Fuegos steal a bike that belongs to the Wild Hogs, the four men form a plan to steal their bike back. Its filled wif lotsa action and funnilicious parts as soon as it began..

The show its so funny and those bikes are really awesome dude! those tattoo's is crazy, and Dudley, one of the Wild Hogs has a Mac tattooed on his shoulder.. weird huh?

its worth watching and overall, i shall rate it:
7.5/10

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Strange events are occurring in New York City, and the Turtles are needed more than ever, but Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo have become lost and directionless. With the city at stake, it's up to Leonardo and Zen Master Splinter to restore unity and ninja discipline to the Turtles.

After the defeat of their old arch nemesis, The Shredder, the Turtles have grown apart as a family. Struggling to keep them together, their sensei, Master Splinter, becomes worried when strange things brewing in New York City. Tech-industrialist tycoon Max Winters revives four ancient stone warriors and enlists the help of the foot clan to help capture ancient monsters.

The movie is full of humorous especially Michaelangelo with his brainless actions.. he's so, how should i put that word, cute? LOL.. but my all time favorite since i was a kid is still Leonardo.. he's so cool.. LOL

overall, i shall rate the movie, 7/10..
